That's My Tambay is a beauty pageant and talent contest for indigent youth and unemployed young adults from different barangays across the country. It is a subsegment of Juan for All, All for Juan: Bayanihan of d' Pipol.
The segment provides the winner and the other grand finalists a chance to hone their talents and skills with free training and job employment opportunities.
That's My Tambay was humorously conceived as a response to It's Showtime's beauty pageant for lesbians called That's My Tomboy, which in turn is a play on the classic Eat Bulaga! segment That's My Boy.
The winners of the daily rounds underwent a series of elimination rounds until only thirteen contestants remained in the grand finals of the competition.
The grand finals of the competition was held on 18 January 2014 with thirteen finalists. Nine of the thirteen finalists were from the National Capital Region, while the remaining four came from different provinces in the Luzon region. The grand finals is divided into two rounds.
The first elimination round is the talent portion. The thirteen grand finalists must perform their talents of singing, dancing, magic tricks, and other activities in order to showcase their skills. The competitors are narrowed down to Top 6 who will then move on to the final round.
The final round is a question-and-answer portion. The six remaining grand finalists must answer an employment-related question provided by one of the judges. Their answers will be the deciding factor of the winner of the competition.
Twenty-seven-year-old Emil Paden of Caloocan City, Metro Manila was proclaimed as the winner of That's My Tambay, receiving a Suzuki motorcycle, Xtreme Magic Sing, and ₱100,000 in cash prize. Emil Paden and the five other Top 6 finalists were immediately offered jobs before the announcement of the winner.
