Super Sireyna Worldwide 2018 is a one-day international beauty pageant for trans women that was held on 19 May 2018 at the Broadway Centrum in New Manila, Quezon City. It is the second edition of the Super Sireyna Worldwide beauty pageant and the follow-up to the local Super Sireyna 2018 pageant.
Eight contestants from various countries around the world competed for the crown. Along with the Philippine representative Nicole Guevarra Flores, the pageant featured delegates from Angola, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Venezuela, and the United States.
Miss SaHHara of Nigeria crowned her successor, Nicole Guevarra Flores of the Philippines, as the new Super Sireyna Worldwide at the end of the event. Meanwhile, Imanni Da Silva of Angola was proclaimed as the first-runner-up and Miranda Lombardo of Mexico as the second-runner-up.
Selection processThe local Super Sireyna 2018 selects the representative of the Philippines to the international beauty pageant Super Sireyna Worldwide 2018 in a series of live elimination rounds.
Once the Philippine representative has been chosen, exceptional individuals from all over the world were contacted to represent their countries in the upcoming Super Sireyna Worldwide beauty pageant. Those who have proven themselves in different competitions were invited to submit their applications. From their distinct personalities and background, Eat Bulaga! chose the seven international delegates to vie for the crown.
Unlike the representative of the Philippines, the seven other candidates did not have to go through a series of live elimination rounds until only one candidate emerges as the winner. They were personally contacted by the show to act as representatives of their countries in the pageant.
The eight representatives of Super Sireyna Worldwide are Imanni Da Silva of Angola, Taliah Talz of Australia, Izabelle Coimbra of Brazil, Miranda Lombardo of Mexico, Aleikasandria Da Silva Barros of Spain, Alessandra Acosta of Venezuela, Kataluna Patricia Enriquez of the United States, and Nicole Guevarra Flores of the Philippines.

The judges of the Super Sireyna Worldwide 2018 are Man of the World 2017 pageant winner Mustafa Elizali, Miss Eco International 2018 winner Cynthia Thomalla, pageant blogger Norman Tinio, European Union's regional cooperation officer for Southeast Asia Robert Frank, European Union's deputy head of delegation to the Philippines Mattias Lentz, supermodel and endorser Tweetie De Leon, and model and actor Dingdong Dantes.
The criteria for judging are as follows:
- Super Sireyna Looks - 50%
- Super Talent - 25%
- Super Wit - 25%
An online voting was set up on the show's official Facebook page where viewers are able to vote for their favorite candidate before and during the pageant. The candidate with the most Facebook likes will receive the Online Favorite award. The recipient of the award is Nicole Guevarra Flores of the Philippines. She received a sash and ₱10,000.
In the opening number, each of the eight candidates must introduce themselves while showcasing a themed costume that represents their home nation in an elaborate display of color and culture from around the world. The candidate with the most stunning costume is awarded the Super Costume award, which was awarded to Miranda Lombardo of Mexico. She received a sash, flowers, and ₱25,000.
The first round is the talent portion. Each candidate must show their exceptional talent in either singing, lip syncing, or dancing. In addition to being 25% of the judging criteria, the talent portion also has a special award. The Super Talent award was awarded to Nicole Guevarra Flores of the Philippines. She received a sash and ₱10,000.
The second round is the long gown competition and the question-and-answer portion. The candidates must answer a question while wearing their evening gowns. An interpreter may be used by any of the candidates if English is not her native language.
Nicole Guevarra Flores, the representative of the Philippines, was crowned as the Super Sireyna Worldwide 2018, winning over the other seven international candidates. She received a sash, flowers, USD$10,000 in grand prize, and the new Super Sireyna Worldwide 2018 crown.
Miranda Lombardo of Mexico was proclaimed as the second runner-up, receiving a sash, flowers, and ₱100,000. Meanwhile, Imanni Da Silva of Angola was declared as the first runner-up of the competition, receiving a sash, flowers, and ₱150,000.
