E.A.T. was the temporary title of the noontime variety program Eat Bulaga! from 1 July 2023 to 5 January 2024. While temporarily using the title E.A.T., the program has revived several of the original program's segments under new titles, as well as producing new original concepts.

The following is a list of Eat Bulaga!'s segments under its temporary title E.A.T. from 1 July 2023 to 5 January 2024.

  • 44K: 44 Kabuhayan for EveryJuan
Years: 2023

It is a promo sponsored by Puregold, as part of the 44th Anniversary celebration of the Legit Dabarkads. Participants must either take a picture of them holding a fansign with a "♥ Puregold" and several information such as their name, address, and birth year and send it to TVJ's official Facebook page; call the lucky number revealed on Password Please!; or send an e-mail to 14344tindahan@gmail.com with their name, address, and the answer to the question "Bakit gusto mong magkatindahan? (Why do you need to have a mini-store?)". 44 winning contestants will win a "Tindahan ni Aling Puring Showcase" from Puregold.

Years: 2023

It is a game where players are tasked with the responsibility of identifying the correct choices and descriptions among a group of people with distinctive characteristics, past experiences, and emotional revelations. The segment served as the successor to the game Bawal Judgmental of Eat Bulaga.

D[]

Years: 2023

It is an occasional segment led by Miss Tapsi (played by Ryzza Mae Dizon) whose setting is commonly opened for special games, events and performances from the show's hosts. The segment had many similarities to the Da Kads Bar, Bulagaan, and Eat Star Café segments.

  • Dabarkads, Pasko Na Naman!
Years: 2023–2024

It is a gift-giving segment during the Christmas season. This segment is the counterpart to the Parating Na Ang Pasko segment. The gift-giving started on 16 December 2023 where gifts from the segment's sponsors were given to lucky studio audience members, top social media fans and subscribers, cooperative Sugod Bahay, Mga Kapatid! participants, and correct Peraphy homeviewers.

  • E.A.T. Carolling
Years: 2023

It is a Christmas-themed talent contest for group carolers. It is open for participants in groups. A group must perform a Christmas carol using musical instruments made from household materials. Each day, a group from a barangay will perform their Christmas carol presentation. It is also open for participants from faraway places from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and even overseas; group carolers must send an e-mail of their Christmas caroling video to eatcarolling@gmail.com along with the group's name, address, and contact number. After each performance, the groups will be given their cash prize, the amount depending on their performance.

It is a game segment that challenges each contestant's creativity and logical deduction. This segment is the counterpart of the Pinoy Henyo segment.

  • Itanong Mo Kay Mayor
Years: 2023

It is a subsegment of Sugod Bahay, Mga Kapatid! that is based on Problem Solving. The character of Mayor Jose Manalo satirically answers several questions of both netizens (who asked their questions through Mayor Jose Manalo's Instagram account) and barangay residents who seek resolution to their problems.

  • Knorr Asim–Kilig Face
Years: 2023

It is a weekly segment sponsored by the seasoning brand Knorr Sinigang Mix. The studio audiences must make an "Asim–Kilig" face gesture, and one winner will be randomly chosen. The winner will receive ₱5,000 cash.

  • Knorr Sinigang Ulam of the Week Challenge
Years: 2023

It is a weekly segment sponsored by the seasoning brand Knorr Sinigang Mix. Every week, one of the five Sinigang dishes (Porknigang, Shrimpnigang, Fishnigang, Chicknigang, and Vegnigang) will be randomly chosen by spinning on a roulette; the chosen Sinigang dish will serve as the "Ulam of the Week". Participants must take a picture of the chosen "Ulam of the Week" and the story behind their recipe, along with the participants' name and their city or province, and comment it on the designated Facebook post on TVJ's official Facebook page. Four winners will win ₱5,000 cash each week.

Years: 2023–2024

It is a talent search for young men who are talented, confident, and good-looking. The segment is the counterpart and successor of the iconic Eat Bulaga! segment Mr. Pogi.

P[]

  • Palaro Ni Mayor
Years: 2023-2024

It is a subsegment of Sugod Bahay, Mga Kapatid that is similar to Wowowin's Hep Hep Hooray. It is a game segment named after the character of Mayor Jose Manalo, which challenges each contestant's alertness. The game starts with a random player saying "Jose" while poking their face, while the next player should raise their hands and say "Manalo." The next selected player must do the "Jose" motion after, and so on. Winning contestants will receive a cash prize, and a major prize branded after the likeness of Mayor Jose. Losing contestants will receive a cash prize, and minor prizes branded after the likeness of Mayor Jose. The segment is not to be confused with the 2019 Eat Bulaga! segment of the same name.

The aforementioned Jose, Manalo game was then modified for the succeeding game, Mayor, Manalo. It is a modified version of the Kaliwa O Kanan online challenge with the inclusion of rules from the Jose, Manalo! game. If a host says "Mayor," contestants must jump to their right while poking their face. If a host says "Manalo," contestants must jump to their left while raising their hands. The last remaining contestant will receive a cash prize, a sack of rice, and a major prize branded after the likeness of Mayor Jose.

  • Paskusina Contest
Years: 2023

It is a weekly subsegment of Sugod Bahay, Mga Kapatid! sponsored by the broth brand Knorr Cubes. Contestants will present their cooked dishes, with Knorr Cubes being used as one of the dish's ingredients, as entries for the contest. A chef serves as a judge and makes a taste test for the best dish. The chosen contestant with the best dish will be the winner and is declared as the "Paskusinera of the Day", and will win ₱5,000 cash and a gift pack from Knorr. Non-winning contestants will also receive gift packs from Knorr.

It is a segment for homeviewers who are given a chance to win various prizes by dialing the cellphone number flashed on screen. It is the counterpart of the Bida First: Isang Tawag Ka Lang! segment.

  • Picture Mo Is The Key
Years: 2023

It is a segment for homeviewers who are given a chance to win various prizes. Participants must take a picture of them holding a fansign with their name and contact information, and send it to TVJ's official Facebook page through private message.

Years: 2023-2024

It is a game segment containing oversized cards which challenges the mental telepathy skills of a lucky studio audience member.

  • Request Express
Years: 2023

It is a special musical presentation featuring a live band and some of the Dabarkads where studio audiences can request songs to be sung by the performers of the day. The segment is similar to Eat Bulaga's Da Kads Bar. Despite the segment's similarities to Da Bar: Dabarkads Eatery, it does not take place in the same setting.

Years: 2002, 2023

It is a singing competition in search of female solo, duo, or group singers who deserve to be in-house singers in Da Bar: Dabarkads Eatery. The competition is dubbed as the first noontime show singing competition in search for both beauty and voice. This segment served as a revival from an old Eat Bulaga! segment from 2002.

Years: 2023–2024

It is a public service segment collaboratively hosted by the barangay hosts and the studio hosts. The segment has a split screen format in order to simultaneously show the happenings in the studio on the left screen and in the barangay on the right. It is the counterpart of the Juan for All, All for Juan segment.

Years: 2023

Vortas 5 is a dance contest for both men or gay men who are good-looking and physically fit. The title of the segment is a parody of the Japanese anime television series Voltes V. "Vortas" originates from the Tagalog slang term "borta", which means a muscular man, while "5" refers to the noontime program's home network TV5.
