Pinoy Henyo Inc. (alternatively Pinoy Henyo Incorporated) is an edition of the segment Pinoy Henyo that premiered on 21 January 2013 and continued until 6 April 2013.

Pairs of employees from various companies across the nation face each other in the daily elimination round of the competition. They then undergo a series of elimination rounds before being narrowed down in the semi-finals. The contestants are further narrowed down into five pairs who competed in the grand finals of the competition.

The daily round of this edition follows the regular format and rules of the original Pinoy Henyo. The pair who correctly guesses the word with the fastest time advances to the jackpot round. In the jackpot round, the winning pair must take turns to correctly guess any three of the ten words provided in under three minutes.

In the grand finals, each pair is given the same ten words that could come from any category. The first five words are assigned to one player of a pair, while the last five words were assigned to the other player. Players must take turns in order to guess as much words as they can in under three minutes. Players can opt to pass, but they cannot return to those skipped words. Whichever pair guesses the most words wins the game. In case of a tie in the number of words guessed, the pair that guessed their first word the fastest wins. In case of a tie in the number of words, the time when the first word is guessed will be the deciding factor of the winner. Whichever pair guesses the first word the fastest ultimately wins the game.

The companies who competed in the grand finals were Insights Quest, World Vision, United Pulp and Paper Company, Inc., Vocus Incorporated, and ACB Marketing.

Elwin "Win" Abarro and Keri Tomas of Vocus Incorporated were hailed as the winners of the competition after guessing five words within 2 minutes 56 seconds. Although two teams were tied for guessing five words, Vocus Incorporated won because they guessed their first word quicker than United Pulp and Paper Company, Inc. They received a trophy and ₱300,000 in cash prize.
