Ba Ba Boom is a listening skill-based game segment that was franchised from a game show in the Netherlands of the same name.
Featured in the segment are ten models standing behind a long table with their gloves-worn hand placed on its surface. Three of those hands are hiding three coins. In unison, the models bang their hands twice with their fists and once with their hands lying flat on the table for the contestant to carefully listen to. The objective is to simply have the contestants eliminate the hands without the coins.

There are two players in the beginning of the game. Each player takes turns to pick hands from any of the models for each round. Once each player selects a model, the player must declare which of the model's hand to reveal. The model's left hand is considered "Special", while the right hand is considered "Regular".
If both players successfully open two hands without any coin, the host asks the ten models to bang their hands once again to begin the next round. If any player picks a hand that contains a coin, the glove is removed from the hand to reveal a ring. If the color of the ring is green, the player continues to play the game. If the color of the ring is red, the player loses the game.
If only one player remains in the game, the host begins to make a cash offer at the end of each round. The player can accept the offer to end the game or reject it to continue playing. The game continues until the player chooses a hand that both contains a coin and a red ring, in which the player loses the game. If the player eliminates all of the hands without the coin ,the player wins the pot prize of ₱200,000.
The models featured in the segment are called Ba Ba Boom Beauties. There are twelve members, although only ten members are needed for the segment. The group is composed of Shawna Irizari, Love Avenido, Mitch, Mimi Bonguyan, Zen Espinosa, Max Avenido, Karen, Dang, Denise Silva, Pearl Noguera, Tina, and Darling.
